Can’t Load New Menu Items to our Main Menu

    Hi

    For some reason I am not able to add any new items to our main menu.

    I am trying to add another brand to the brand items and it doesn’t save. Please can you look into it. Details in private area.

    Hello, @Paulbrad1,

    I can see you are using the old version of the theme, first of all, please update your theme and plugins to the very latest version.

    And then try to check, if the issue will persist, then, please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Note: First of all, please take the complete backup of your site.

    Hi Awais

    Please can you help by logging in and debugging?

    I have updated the theme as well as plugins. The site should be backed up already, but if you can try not fiddle too much where it potentially loses content I’d appreciate it.

    Will you deactivate plugins one by one and test? I’ll have to reactivate them once you’re done so please let me know as we need a good few of them.

    Fixed. Check now.
    The problem was caused by incorrect settings for one of the menu items.
