Elementor Not Loading Properly on Homepage

Hi there

Please could you assist? For some reason elementor plugin isn’t completely working on a wifi connection and I really need to use it and edit homepage urgently. The blocks aren’t loading at all where I can edit. Screenshot in private area and I will give login details as well.

Hello,

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Clear cache and check then.

Hi there

I have done all you suggested and tried disabling some plugins (last of which was ‘store toolkit for woocommerce’ and now for some reason the landing page doesn’t load at all?

I also just disabled the editor loader method (which only gave the standard elementor options) and that works. So it is something to do with the Xstore elementor options.

The store page loads, but not landing page.

Are you able to help me reload that somehow please?

Hello, @Paulbrad1,

This seems to be the issue of Elementor with WordPress.

Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

If the issue will solve by activating the default WordPress Theme, then it will make sure that the issue is because of our theme and then we need your site CPanel Login info for further debugging and if the issue will persist with activating the default WordPress theme, then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to try to contact WordPress or Elementor plugin support and once they will fix the issue with the default WordPress theme, it will automatically work with our theme as well.

Hi there,

it doesn’t work with the other themes either no so I think I’ll have to get hold of Elementor and WordPress support and see if they can rectify

Do you agree that is what I need to do? Strange that the shop page and all other pages will load except home page/landing page

Sure, I hope they will guide you or solve your issue.

Yes, I agree with it. It is right that it’s working on the shop page because the shop page is an Archive page and you can not edit the Archive page with page builder, only those pages have the issue which is made/editable using Elementor page builder.
