You are welcome.
If you enable child theme you need to go to Appearance > Widgets and move widgets into correct widget areas. Child theme is a new theme and WordPress works in such way. But you should do this only once, after the first activation. Then you’ll be able to switch between parent and child themes without any problems.

Hello,

We have area to put custom css, you can find it in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS but don’t have Custom JS area. You can use child theme to add new scripts https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Child theme archive you can find in theme package.

Hello,

I did not face any problem with session, I was logged in all the time.

Problem with Dashboard link in My account menu really persists. We’ll fix it in next theme update.

This page created with using Visual Composer. If you have on desktop version the following layout:
1-st column, 2-d column
1-st column, 2-d column
Then on mobile you’ll see:
1-st column
2-d column
1-st column
2-d column

And unfortunately, there is no option to change this order for mobile.
You may contact with Visual Composer authours to get any additional help, maybe they have some solution for you.

You should use either child theme style.css or Custom CSS in theme options http://prntscr.com/bxmkh9

I have added code and everything works fine.

Don’t change parent theme files to avoid the problem with next theme update. Also, I see you are using version 1.1, but version 1.5 is available on ThemeForest. I would recommend you to update theme to latest version https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#installation_upgrade_23_theme_upgrade

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our Brands List widget.
If you want to get such effect you may create custom attribute (Products > Attributes) with brands you need and just add for every product necessary brand. Then you can add WooCommerce Layered Nav filter and select your Brand attribute to filter by brands.

I’m a little bit confused what effect you want to achieve.

Theme (no matter child theme or parent) has 2 parts of styles: 1) Default styles from style.css and other included css files 2) Theme options that you can change according to your need – hover effects, colors, page/product layouts etc. If you want to create new site with its own styles you need to remember about these 2 things.

So, if you want to create site with changes in Theme Options and CSS styles you should create child theme, activate and do all the changes you need there. If you want to create few sites that will use different styles for every site you need to create such many child themes as you need. If some parts or changes will be the same copy them into the necessary child theme. If you plan to use the same styles for all the additional sites – just activate the same child theme for every site. Every child theme has it’s own style.css and all the other files. If you made changes in child theme1 it won’t affect child theme2.

The same for theme options. If you activate child theme you’ll get default theme options from parent theme. If you need to change some options – do this. It won’t affect main site where parent theme is enabled or any other site with child theme.

Hello,

Connect to your server via FTP, download your child theme to your local machine. Change folder name and all the other necessary information. Upload this new child theme into themes folder. Go to Network > Themes > activate new child theme. Then activate it on your new site.

To import theme options from one site to another go the Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export options (http://prntscr.com/bx7bqp) after that go to the same area at new site and Import options.

Could you clarify your question? Because I’m not sure if understand you correctly.

You can edit child theme style.css to add changes you need. Every child theme will have its own changes. That’s why all the sites will look different.
If you need new child theme use default one from theme package and just change name, description etc. Then copy into themes folder on your sever using FTP. Or make an archive and upload via Dashboard.

How did you try to update theme? We checked and everything works fine. Did you update theme from your network settings or from site dashboard? You are using multisite that’s why if you want to update theme you should do it from network settings.

1) At present, all the items of the second level have border even if they don’t have subitems. We’ll fix it in next update. At present to disable right border you can add the additional class to menu without-border http://prntscr.com/bwgedx
2) Our menu has 3 levels: main menu item, column title, column subitems, your menu – only 2, that’s why it looks different.
To fix labels position add the following code in custom css(theme options > styling > custom css)

.item-design-mega-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown .item-level-1 > a{ background-position: right top !important;}

3) Your slider image is 980×450 px, at the same time slider size is 1240×848 http://prntscr.com/bwgxrj

If you have multisite and need a few child themes to activate another one for every separate site you can copy your xstore-child folder and call it xstore-2-child, or similar. Then open up style.css in xstore-2-child, and edit the Theme Name:. Do this for as many different child themes you need.

After that go to Network Admin > Themes > select Network enable for all you child themes. After that go to every site and enable child theme you need.
