Hi when i click on the one click demo installer it doesn’t work. nothing happens, and I’m really confused to which xml files to upload manually. please advise how i can install the base demo content?

Please can you help me install the base content and the dark theme please? i can’t seem to work out why it isn’t working.

Could you provide correct admin panel access? We need to check Dashboard to help you with demo content installation.

Hello,

I checked your backend and see that some files have not found status http://prntscr.com/bx7rpq
It means either you did not install all theme files or have some server problems.

Could you provide us FTP access, so we’ll be able to check theme files.
