Update not working - by nfinance2 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Using Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades to do the 1.5 update and even though I am selecting the “upgrade existing theme” option, I am still getting the fail message at the end. I also tried to upload direct to Cpanel and the theme version is still showing 1.4 in my admin panel.

    Hello,

    How did you try to update theme? We checked and everything works fine. Did you update theme from your network settings or from site dashboard? You are using multisite that’s why if you want to update theme you should do it from network settings.

    Did you do the update for me? Yes, I tried to update through the network settings.
