    Hello,

Yes, third-party plugin can be the reason if it uses own carousel and the same classes. In this case, you need additionally customize styles.

    Hello,

You are using third-party plugin to add variation swatches, that’s why you need to contact plugin author and ask about the gallery for the every variation. We don’t have such option.

I checked your site and don’t see problem with lightbox http://prntscr.com/d5xs9i

    Hello,

Yes, we have some generated CSS but it’s needed for the correct work of some theme settings and there is no way to remove it, almost all of themes on TF use this practice.

    1. Redux – you need this plugin to have Theme Options
    2. VC – this is page builder. You use it to create the page and add rows, columns, content.
    3. Ultimate Addons for VC – this plugin extends the possibilities of Visual Composer and offers additional elements such as pricing tables, modal windows etc. If you don’t use UA elements to add content you can disable this plugin
    4. Raw html – this plugin does not come bundled with our theme.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we did not get response from plugin authors. You can disable this plugin and it should not affect your site.

    Hello,

It works on our test installs. But I see that you have some code http://prntscr.com/d5x367

By default it should be http://prntscr.com/d5x3sc and it works.
Do you use any third-party plugins for WooCommerce? Thy to disable them and check. Do you have this issue with our theme only or with default theme too?

    Hello,

    1. Check if you have this issue with our theme only or with default WooCommerce theme too. To do this go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (Official WooCommerce theme) and try to proceed to checkout and do the test purchase. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem persists with our theme only. If you have the same issue even with default WooCommerce theme then you need to contact their support to fix the issue.

    2. We use default WooCommerce functions for this – update cart button. You may try to look for additional plugin that may help you to implement this.

    3. This is default WooCommerce option and they use paragraph by default, it’s not a link. There is no any option in our theme to add link for this instead of paragraph.

    Hello,

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Sizes > change the height of the Catalog image. Don’t forget to regenerate thumbnails after that to get the result on frontend.

    Hello,

If you enable zoom effect then image occupies all the width of the image block (570px). So, if you use long source image it will look too high for you on single product page. Try more squared images. I have made an example for you http://prntscr.com/d5uv15 , I used image 1500x1500px. As you can see it looks fine and has a good zoom effect.

Also, it looks good for grid http://prntscr.com/d5uupr

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access. I’ll update your theme and check why Fixed image option does not work for you. If you use any server cache (CloudFlare), please, disable it.

    Hello,

Are you talking about Backend or Frontend? Please, provide me screenshot of your issue. If you are talking about backend maybe you have a lot of columns in your window and just don’t have the place to show all the available information in right way?

    Hello,

What is featured product and how to make product featured you can read here http://www.modernmarketingpartners.com/set-featured-products-woocommerce/

To change what products to show in tabs go to Pages > edit your page find there a section with tabs. There you’ll see 3 tabs with content – VC Product element – in every tab. Edit first tab and 8theme Products VC element. There you’ll find options and will be able to choose what type of products to show, in what order etc http://prntscr.com/d57oci In the same way, you’ll be able to edit every tab (Featured, Bestsellers) content.

    Hello,

You can place them into wp-content/themes/xstore/languages folder. Make sure that you placed translated xstore .po/.mo files, not woocommerce! Our translation file has less than 800 strings.

    Hello,

Probably you used PoEdit to translate theme. Any theme can’t be translated without translation files.
Loco translate plugin just allows you to translate theme, plugins via Dashboard. But if you prefer PoEdit you can use it.

    Hello,

There are 2 ways to do this:
    1) Go to Products > choose all the products and in Bulk Actions drop-down select Edit http://prntscr.com/d4ytye then choose Comments > Don’t allow http://prntscr.com/d4yu3x

    2) Use WooCommerce snippet to remove specific tabs
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
Place that code in child theme functions.php.
