1) If you want to use one-page option then you should also select custom one-page menu.
2) And use the correct custom link and anchor http://prntscr.com/de373k for the menu items.
But you have created the simple row with links that overlap your section. You should create a script or customize our script for the one-page navigation that will calculate the height of your menu row and will move your PELUCHES etc sections down below the section with menu links.

1) Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS added the following code in appropriate areas http://prntscr.com/de29o9
If you want to change sidebar position for mobile you can do this in Theme Options http://prntscr.com/de2ad3
2) You can do this only if you use custom footer. I have created Static Block – Footer and added this block into your footer widget area. Go to Static Blocks > edit Footer static Block and columns http://prntscr.com/de2va4
We have added new option as Secondary menu. If you don’t use it, please, go to Theme Options > General > Secondary menu > Off. And that fix will be unnecessary.

Hello,
We can’t include this fix for the main theme because we don’t use prettyphoto scripts for the image gallery by default, we use our own lightbox.
All the fixed to change it back were made in functions.php of your child theme, so you won’t lose it after update if you don’t change our code in functions.php.

I have checked your site and see that you have all the necessary images. You don’t have images for the products and posts because we use placeholders.
For some reason, sliders were not imported by default. I have sent you 2 slider archives to your registration email. Please, go to Revolution Slider > Import slider and import both archives.

Hello,
To change your options back after installation of any version do the following:
1) Before version import go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > Export options. You may copy and save the code in .txt file.
2) Install new version
3) Now if you want to change your options back go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Options and Import the old options. Save.
Also, I would recommend to do the backup of your Theme Options even before theme update, just in case.

Yes, you have 1 activation for the main domain and 1 activation for the dev domain. Once you reach this limit you will need to contact us and provide additional license for the other domains where you plan to use our theme.

Please, make sure that you posted correct credentials. We got an error ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?
Also, don’t post your access in main content field, use Private Content area!
To change the background image for the pages go to Pages > edit page > upload featured image for the page and this image will be used as breadcrumbs image.
To change the breadcrumbs for the category go to Products > Categories > upload Custom page heading image for this category
Unfortunately, we don’t have special option for the single product, single product uses default breadcrumbs image from Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs.
I don’t know why but all the changes, that I have made in xstore/framework/woo.php file, disappeared. I have added them again http://prntscr.com/ddatr9 . Please, don’t change this file if you use version 3.0. Issue will be fixed in version 3.1.
