I have checked your site and don’t see any other issues that could cause this problem. If I create smaller menu then everything works fine, so, the only reason that may affect it is max input vars limit. Does your server run Suhosin? Have you changed Suhosin directives if your server runs it?

We are glad that problem with carousel was fixed.

1) Problem appeared because these 2 options were enabled http://prntscr.com/egk9vx You can use either fixed image or fixed content. Both image and content can’t be fixed because it does not make sense.

2) I have checked your site and I would suggest you to try W3 Total Cache plugin or WP Rocket to minify CSS and JS and add cache the site. Also, fix the moments related to your server http://prntscr.com/egkd8p and http://prntscr.com/egkdv8

Optimize all the images you have, 7.9MB is too large size for the page. You may try Kraken.io or any other similar service.
