    Hello,

1 – The quantity to be purchased, is not appearing on the product page, how do I appear?

    https://vovojaneth.com.br/loja/bau-multiuso-marrom/

2 – When adding a product to the cart, there is no message saying that the product went to the cart, how to proceed to appear a box stating the addition of the product to the cart?

The test can be done here: https://vovojaneth.com.br/loja/bau-multiuso-marrom/

The errors mentioned above have occurred again. However, the XStore Core plugin is now up to date.

How do I permanently resolve this?

    Hello,

When I got the theme, the support was included. However, what I’m noticing is that for two days I have had no answer to my problems, and I see that other questions on the forum are answered much more quickly.

My store is shut down because of this problem

Am I a customer like everyone else? Do I deserve the same attention or not?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please, provide me FTP access to your site. We can’t understand what could be the reason of your issue without it.
Also, please, disable all the third-party plugins including cloud flare because one of the additional plugins could be the reason of the issue.

    Regards

    Hello,

Please, check your DB wp_options table and change your site url and home url to http instead of https, because page is just loading and loading.

    Regards
