So, once I disabled that plugin I can edit variations http://prntscr.com/eym06p

I don’t know why it does not work for you if you disable third-party plugins that did not come bundled with our theme.

We have el_EL.po, .mo files for the XStore but only 10% of the strings are translated. Also, we include .pot file in xstore/languages/ folder and you can use it to translate only the necessary strings, visible on the frontend.

Well since WC 3.0.x has moved the meta_key _visibility to the terms table the plugin does do a wrong query, and will only work for products that are created before 3.0.0

We should wait for the plugin update.
