    Dear support
I’ve added the “[8THEME] Products” widget using Visual Composer on my page but it does not get any results on public side.

    Please look at these screens:
    Admin side:

    Public side (no results)

Worth mention, I’ve set this widget with correct arguments.
Can you help us with this?
    Regards

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I’m having same issue, only affects new products created since about a week ago.

For example on my home page I have set up one of the [8theme]products widgets to show ‘all’ products by date order descending. Products created prior to approx. a week ago are appearing on public side in the widget area, but when creating a new product/s today it doesn’t appear on public side (when it should be appearing first in the list of products on public side as it’s the most newest product created by date).

If I edit one of the existing products created prior to approx a week ago the updated product is refreshed on the public side all ok in the correct date/date modified order.

The error just seems to be occurring for all new products created from now.

I have not updated Woocommerce to 3.0.3 as yet and I’m running on 3.0.1 version of Woocommerce.

    Using XStore theme.

No products show on the [8THEME] Products widget that I have on the homepage.

Looks like a few people are encountering the same issue.

    Eagerly waiting a reply.

    Hello,

Well since WC 3.0.x has moved the meta_key _visibility to the terms table and it causes problem. We’ll fix it in next theme update. Sorry for this inconvenience.

    Regards
