Not sure about that. We are not developers of the WooCommerce plugin. We are developers of the XStore theme. As you can see from the errors it’s not related to theme files but to WordPress files. So, contact WooCommerce or WP support to get more information about that.

To avoid problems with the translation you need to place translation files in system or custom directory https://prnt.sc/26h0zb8 Never use Custom directory because you will lose translation after theme/plugin update.

If you need to translate strings that were coded in the parent theme then you need to translate the parent theme. Child theme requires translation only if you added custom code with strings that should be translated in your child theme files. In this case you need to creat child theme pot file, place that in the child theme languages folder and proceed with the translation. But it’s not your case at this stage at least.

1) Never post your credentials out of the Private content area on the right side! Because all the users have access to the main message area. The private content area is visible for support staff only.

2) I asked you about FTP access to your site. We need that to check the code of plugin and code of theme and try to make code changes to add compatibility.
File manager from WP Dashboard access won’t help us. We need FTP.

In case we use file manager and any fatal error appears during update we’ll be blocked and the site will be down. We need FTP. I would not ask for FTP if I could use backend editor, you need to understand that.
We need FTP access to your wp-content folder at least.
