2) The top bar is hidden on mobile devices. You can add one more switcher into Mobile Sidebar widget area.

We’ll improve theme elements to make them translatable via WPML interface. But I’m not sure about Massive Addons plugin. So, I would recommend you to use manual translation before our team and Massive Addons authors release versions compatible with WPML auto translation for the pages that use visual editor http://prntscr.com/gqrte6

You can’t activate the theme on that domain because you have already activated theme on other domain using the same code.

Hello,
We can’t login to your file manager because of the incorrect pass. Also, we prefer FTP, so, please, provide me FTP host, user and pass to get access to theme files.
Unfortunately, there is no option to show log out item for logged in users. You can try to add custom class for this menu item and add custom styles using this extra class to hide item for all the users and show for logged in only using also global class “logged-in” that appears for body if the user is logged in.

You are using 1 license for a few projects. According to TF license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard you can use 1 license only for 1 end product/project. Please, provide licenses for the every project or deactivate the theme license for all the projects except 1 where you plan to use it.
Keep in mind that if you like our theme and want to use it for many projects we offer the discount system if you purchase 3 or more licenses.
1) Use Product Banner area and change its position http://prntscr.com/gqcdt8
2) That plugin does not accept desc order of the products in the mini cart, only the default asc order. We have added fix into child theme functions.php with comment “Rewrite function to add Compatibility with Product Bundles Plugin”. Many users asked to show the last added products first, so we don’t want to change the order of the items in mini-cart to default one.

Actually, you should get this notification by default if you set correct email in Settings > General
Also, you may try Better Notifications for WordPress plugin. Check if you have this issue only when our theme is enabled or with default theme too? Because this is default WP option and our theme should not affect this.
