    Hello,

    After transfer, you will need to deactivate theme and activate again. Because in another case you will get problems with autoupdate option.

    Does this issues appear with our theme only or you see this message with default WP theme too? Because we don’t have settings for the stripe, it’s WC plugin area and you need to ask WC plugin support if you need help with their issues.

    We did not add any logo to your table. This table is created by you and you need to check the settings where you added all the content for this table to remove the logo, very likely you added it by mistake.

    Sorry, but let’s make everything clear. It’s not that I don’t want to give you refund if our theme have real issues with its settings or default WP functionality but you are asking about things that are not included in default WP options, right? Could you provide me screenshot of the default option that our theme does not support? We need to know it for future to fix it.

    Our theme supports category archives and you may create the menu with item “blog” with submenus where displayed only the necessary categories. But WP blog page don’t have any filters by default and they could be implements only by third-party plugin.

    Also, if this is your second license then you should know about options that are available in theme settings. Alternative way to show the posts with categories filter without 1 or more categories is to create simple page, add Post Grid or Post Masonry grid element and enable filter http://prntscr.com/gwuck1

    Then you need to install version is 3.10.1 of our theme (I sent to your email) but you don’t get all the features that were added after that version, the same for the bug fixes. Also, I’m not sure if all the included plugins will be compatible with WC 2.16.

    Hello,

    1) Try to set font-size 0 at breadcrumbs settings for the breadcrumbs only and check if it helps you.
    4) There is no option. Use the custom CSS (Theme Options > Styling > CUstom CSS)

    .menu-wrapper .menu > li:hover .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        background-color: blue;
    }

    5) Change the breadcrumbs paddings to reduce the size that you mentioned on the screenshot.

    No, we still can’t login because we are redirected to the main site http://prntscr.com/gwjdix
    Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab > Press install WC pages. Then My account page will be installed and maybe we’ll be able to login via my account page.

    About your problem. We faced the users with similar problem, follow the link to find the plugin author response https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143

    Unfortunately, we did not get any other answer from plugin author what could be the reason of such issue, so try to do what he suggested. Also, check the server error logs, do you have any errors there?

    Hello,

    If you plan to import demo content we recommend doing the backup of all the options. Also, if you import another version you don’t need our custom from the previous version because they may conflict.

    Sorry, they announced the new version http://prntscr.com/gwj9d5 but the fact is that they have not updated archive on CodeCanyon yet http://prntscr.com/gwj959 . We’ll update plugin once they release the real update.

    Hello,

    Actually, it’s not a big job but you should have some experience.
    You need to make a full copy of your WP to new server and get DB dump. Then replace old domain to the new domain in DB tables, import this DB to clean DB on the new server. That’s all. Some hostings offer this service as free service. Also, there are some plugins that could help you with this.

    XStore has one-click installation that’s why you may try to install it by yourself and order our installation service only if you face any problems with it.

    I have few questions about the theme:
    1) Could you, please, provide me screenshot of these errors. Because theme comes bundled with additional plugins and as a rule, these plugins cause the error notices.

    2) WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts > Display returning customer login reminder on the “Checkout” page. > Off

    3), 4) Go to Theme Options > Styling > Footer > Choose the text color scheme and footer bg color.

    5) Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove widget from Below the products widget area
    6) Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout > Buttons on hover > Disable
    7) Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout > Show product categories > Off

    Hello,

    We have updated import files in version 4.9 of our theme and XML_files archive. If you need to import options you can use options.json file. We don’t see the reason to include also custom CSS file because users get it when import options, besides we change the custom CSS very rarely.

    If you updated WC plugin to the major version 3.2 you need to update the theme to version 4.9, it will be available today’s evening.

    Yes, VC plugin is required plugin and it should be activated, this is page builder that you use to create the page content.

    Hello,

    1) Menu and links – fixed.
    2) To enable Login option go to Theme Options > Header Settings > Enable Sign In link > On.
    3) Seems you made changes directly in theme style.css http://prntscr.com/gw25jr We don’t have such styles in our style.css. We would recommend you to move all the changes you made into child theme and update theme to latest version.
