Urgent! Problem about install plugin and demo data

    Hello,

    When I installed Massive Addons for Visual plugin (Include your Theme), I can’t to add new anything such as Post, Page, Product… and more.

    If I un installed Massive Addons I can add new.

    Please help me to fix?

    In this case, we need to check backend of your site, but I can’t log in, seems there is some redirect to page 404. Please check.

    Hello,

    No, we still can’t login because we are redirected to the main site http://prntscr.com/gwjdix
    Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab > Press install WC pages. Then My account page will be installed and maybe we’ll be able to login via my account page.

    About your problem. We faced the users with similar problem, follow the link to find the plugin author response https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143

    Unfortunately, we did not get any other answer from plugin author what could be the reason of such issue, so try to do what he suggested. Also, check the server error logs, do you have any errors there?

    I knew about this my problem,
    Because PHP version is 5.3.18
    When I test move my site to new host as PHP Version: 5.6.30 — > It’s Work, I can add post, page, product and more

    But I have a problem about the new site is showing a “You have reached activation number limit.” how do I fix this?

    Hello,

    Now I want to install demo to subdomain : http://www.mydomain.com/sub
    If my site is successfully, and When I move to main domain > http://www.mydomain.com, Will I have to Activate again?

    Hello,

    After transfer, you will need to deactivate theme and activate again. Because in another case you will get problems with autoupdate option.
