    Hello,

Sorry, but your question is bit unclear. Could you specify in details and provide a screenshot, please?

    Regards

    My Posts have five Categories: Cat-A, Cat-B, Cat-C, Cat-D & Cat-E

I want to see a Blog which includes by default all categories, except Cat-C.

My Blog should NEVER show posts of Cat-C.

    Does that make sense?

It’s not possible for the template you are using in your blog page.
Do you want to remove the tab ‘uncategorized’ ? : http://prntscr.com/gvy1em

I have recently bought the second licence for this theme and if it can’t filter out Cat-C – can I then please return it to get my money back to buy a theme that can do that?
This is urgent – I need to finish this project.

    Hello,

WordPress does not have such option and we never told you that our theme has it. If you need some specific options you need to ask about them before purchase. XStore is a digital product and you can find refund reasons here https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy

OK Olga, You can say what you want and hide behind your “policies”. As I’ve said: this is the SECOND licence and definitely the LAST – not only for this theme – but from your complete company.

I won’t cry over the $24 for your theme, but please don’t cry if I go out on the forums and highlight the fact that YOUR THEME IS THE ONLY THEME THAT CANNOT FILTER POSTS BASED ON CATEGORY!!!

    let me repeat:
XSTORE IS THE ONLY THEME THAT CANNOT FILTER ON POST-CATEGORY!!!!

    AND

I will make sure that It will post it on as many forums as possible and demotivate people to buy any of your products.

I wish you luck with your extreme crappy attitude.

Also: Who gives you permission to make the content of my projects public by showing the blog front-end?

    Hello,

Sorry, but let’s make everything clear. It’s not that I don’t want to give you refund if our theme have real issues with its settings or default WP functionality but you are asking about things that are not included in default WP options, right? Could you provide me screenshot of the default option that our theme does not support? We need to know it for future to fix it.

Our theme supports category archives and you may create the menu with item “blog” with submenus where displayed only the necessary categories. But WP blog page don’t have any filters by default and they could be implements only by third-party plugin.

Also, if this is your second license then you should know about options that are available in theme settings. Alternative way to show the posts with categories filter without 1 or more categories is to create simple page, add Post Grid or Post Masonry grid element and enable filter http://prntscr.com/gwuck1

    Regards
