Anyway, additional customization is not included in our support. I pointed you to the right direction and showed how to customize the fixed header. If you need any smooth effect you can try to implement it using CSS transitions and transforms in case you have appropriate CSS skills or submit customization request here.

Go to Theme Options > Single Product > Disable Ajax add to cart option and check again. Probably that plugin use POST method to add to cart and does not support Ajax.

1) To show the load more button follow theme docs and make sure that you added correct selectors https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/ If you want to have just simple pagination disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll plugin.

2) You need to select options before add product to cart. If you want to show the options in the quick view you may enable the Variation swatches https://youtu.be/XO-PDvhPypc In other way will have just select options button in the quick view.

2) Keep this option enabled http://prntscr.com/ojtiyy to hide buttons. We’ll fix this issue in next theme update and you’ll be able to move the buttons to Disable column after the update.
3) I have added custom styles to increase the width. Check if this is ok for you.
