Updating or saving in the theme options - by mirtabmoreno

    When I try to update or save the changes in the theme options, it doesn’t allow me … it tells me “There was a problem with your action. Try again or reload the page.” …
    Could you please help me …

    Hello,

    1) Provide us WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the problem in more details, please.
    2) Provide us with server error logs.

    Olga Barlow … good morning … I would like to know if you are part of the team where we bought the theme … I hope you understand that for security reasons I will not be able to provide that information by this means … in any case … I would need a corporate email from where we bought the theme to be able to share the information you request.

    If you need email from our corporate account I can send it for you but check the forum and you’ll see who I am. Besides we would recommend you to create temporary WP and FTP accounts and remove it once we finish and solve the problem.

    hello,

    http://prntscr.com/ojymp5 Seems your WP does not have permission to save options to file in wp-content/uploads/xstore folder. Contact your hosting provider to fix permission and allow saving to that folder.

    Hello … the theme options are not working for me … I give you save changes but it tells me that there is a problem that I try later and I try again but I still get the same message … how do I make it work for me … Thank you

    Additional when I’m going to translate according to the guide they tell me … Error: 403 – Forbidden. Check the console output for debug information … when I give it save …

    Hello,

    1) What options are you trying to save? We don’t see issues with saving https://gyazo.com/122c75a1741a36c3318f4171ee124a34
    2) Check the server error logs. Seems you still have some issue with the permissions because we can see the 403 error in the console during saving of the translation file https://prnt.sc/p2rb9i Contact your hosting provider to clarify the situation because this issue is not related to our theme but to server setting.
