We have added option to use different custom templates for the list/grid in the latest theme and plugin update (6.3.1, 2.3.1).

1) Got it. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to the site to check the issue in more detail and fix it.

2) Are you talking about the “Load more” button on the shop page or if you use the Products WPBakery element?

3) Then probably only additional customization is required to add custom labels for the custom grid.

1) Contact WPML support if you faced issues with the auto-generation of the mo files. Maybe it’s related to the timeout limit at your server http://prntscr.com/rzpsw3 but I’m not sure. I did not face any issues with scanning of theme or plugin http://prntscr.com/rzptux So, don’t think that our theme or plugin is the reason of the problem

2) If you plan to build the new project then you need to buy separate license for this new project. 1 license allowed for the 1 project according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Also, if you plan to build the new project I would recommend you to take a look at our XStore theme https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 It also supports WPML and has a number of cool features like header builder, single product builder, supports Elementor page builder and includes a number of elements for it etc.
Really recommend!
3) You can make a full copy of the existing site using Duplicator plugin. After moving the site just disable WPML and remove unnecessary posts, products, pages, media. Deactivate license and activate the new one to be able to update theme etc in future.

Anyway, if you use the very old version we would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the production), update the theme there first, create a header using header builder, check if everything is ok and then update production site. If you want we could help you with this.
Just provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to the staging site.

Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the header and remove the cart widget from the connection block http://prntscr.com/rzacu7
If you don’t need products then just remove all the elements editing the page content that display product or you can also disable WooCommerce plugin if you don’t plan to create products in the nearest future. You’ll be able to enable it once you decide to start with creation.
