This error appears if you activated the theme on the other domain then use it.
To fix this you need:
1) Deactivate theme in the XStore > Dashboard and activate it using your purchase code again
2) Go to Dashboard > Updates > click the “Check again” link.
3) Try to update theme and plugin after that.

Translation of this string “I have read and agree to the website” should be in the WooCommerce translation files. Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce > edit translation of your language > find “I have read and agree to the website” and translate it.

1) You can disable breadcrumbs for your site in Theme Options > Breadcumbs > Breadcrumbs type > disable. But then you need to disable the overlap option for the header.
Or set the breadcrumbs font size to 0px if you don’t want to disable the overlap option.

2) Edit the header using header builder and change the bottom header bg color to transparent or to #5196d5 http://prntscr.com/w77nr1

3) There is no option to duplicate the page. But you can create page template http://prntscr.com/w77onn and then import this template for the new page http://prntscr.com/w77p77
