Hi please see the private image, when using the shop link from the main menu shop displays fine, however when using vertical menu the header of the page seems to be missing.

Further more to this after clicking any category from the vertical menu if i then select another category from the filter it sends the sidebar to the opposite side of the page, dont know if this is linked?

Also it does not show all the filters set out in customization options, material, and more importantly, the filter by price do not show regardless of if i access shop from main menu or vertical menu.

I want this to look and react exactly like the demo version but finding it difficult to get working, could you please explain how to fix this issue?

I also came across another post on here that had the same issue but the fix of it doesn’t show – it looks like there were some private messages and someone went into the wordpress dashboard for the person and fixed the issue.

Hello,

You are using header with the overlap option enabled (Theme Options > Header builder > Header overlap) which means that header will be shown over the page content. So, you should either use the breadcrumbs with big padding-top (Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Breadcrumbs type > choose some breadcrumbs) or add the banner to product categories description (Products > Categories > edit the category > add the Banner Static block shortcode) as we did on the demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/home-decor/product-category/kitchen/

2) To help you with the filters issue and we need to check your backend and widgets that you have there. Provide us with WP Dashboard and also FTP access, please.

ah i see where the shortcode needs adding now thats perfect, what was the fix for the filters? i have noticed on the back of the fix though something else that happens now when on shop page and then clicking any categories rather than showing the products at the top it shows at the bottom of the page, please see attached private content area image provided.

Hello,

The issue with filters was related to imported products. I’ve re-saved some of the products, so it works now.

I’ve passed this question to our technicians. They will check it more deeply and will give a reply after the weekend.
