1) That label means that installation of that plugin is required, not that update is required.
2) Do you use the delay of JS loading option in the cache site settings? As a rule, this option caused the issue when you don’t enable JS minification but enable Delay for the scripts or if you don’t enable JS minification but enable Defer loading of scripts.

We set all the possible optimization settings as we could. We don’t have more options to speed up the theme, unfortunately. So, the only way to speed up the site is to check the server settings and try to optimize them and maybe check the list of plugins that you use and disable plugins that you don’t really need. Optimize product images.

It means that page will display content the you added before and then products section with filters (shop page content).
You can’t edit shop page content using Elementor. To edit the shop page you need Elementor Pro.
I see that images of your products were missed up a little, so I added some custom CSS to organize it better if you don’t mind. Let me know if this is ok.

These links could be in the main menu. Don’t know another place. But I see that you already replaced the menu links. So, try to finish your site and replace all the demo content, and scan after that if you still have them.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to add the link for the size guide instead of the image. You can either use lightbox to show the image or the Download button. There is no option for a simple link.

Oh, I see. But it does not work this way. You can choose the default sorting on the frontend in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > default sorting and you chose the most recent there. So, order of the backend does not display on the shop because the shop page displays the most recent products according to your settings for the frontend.

Paypal gateway is the WooCommerce plugin option. Our theme should not affect any settings. So, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Check if you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is activated. Provide us with the screenshot.
