Hello, The PayPal payment method on my checkout page cannot display Pay Later

Hello,
Paypal gateway is the WooCommerce plugin option. Our theme should not affect any settings. So, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Check if you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is activated. Provide us with the screenshot.
