1) That message informs you about your support status, not about license status. It’s a different thing. Item support is a service provided by the theme author. Having support for your purchased item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using the item.
But even if your support expired your license is lifetime and you can use the theme on your site and get updates for that.
2) If you renewed your support period then just click the refresh icon https://prnt.sc/p1dreYWJgOBi and it will be updated in your Dashboard too.

1/ No you don’t need to take care of these changes. We copied templates/breadcrumbs.php to your child theme and removed one line to make it work for you as you wanted to.
2/ We enabled you Move Product Name in Breadcrumbs option -> https://prnt.sc/IR2fBp1NPBCv and rewrote woocommerce/single-product/title.php in your child-theme with next changes -> https://prnt.sc/BMIVUep2DDpx
3/ Fixed globally in our css

We have studied subscription plugin code to find out why it does not work for you and found that they do not allow overwriting default templates. We have contacted plugin author https://prnt.sc/1X5ztYYkU-5v and they told us that improvement is added to the to-do-list https://prnt.sc/oCy0Bx9tVfrf
But we don’t have information about when it will be fixed. So, unfortunately, you can use only default emails for the subscription till the plugin author fix the problem.
