Please check the final payment process issue

if i order with a credit card (with Paypal Pro) all information is correct => error message: The IP Address provided is invalid.
(Transaction Error) something is wrong.

but Paypal payment is good

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test the checkout process using Storefront theme. Do you have the mentioned error too? Switch to the XStore theme again once you test the problem with the Storefront theme and let us know about the results.

Hello,

https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ – it is the default WooCommerce free theme. You do not need the direct link, just go to Appearance > Themes > Add new > search for Storefront.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

Hi i just try Storefront Theme installed and test buy product
but still not working

I think Paypal Pro issue

PayPal-Pro gateway requires SSL certificate for better security. The Secure checkout option is disabled on your site. Please ensure your server has a valid SSL certificate so you can enable the SSL option on your checkout page.

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider to install SSL on your site. They should be able to help you with this. It’s not theme option.
