Our theme does not have additional options for shipping, the theme supports the default WooCommerce options. So, you need to look for third-party plugin for this, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/cities-shipping-zones-for-woocommerce/ or similar.
To manager optional and required fields on the checkout use the WooCommerce Checkout manager plugin.
