What cache plugin do you use? It looks that wp_is_mobile function does not work with your cache plugin and plugin caches the mobile version for the desktop. 1) Our theme does not have option to fix the footer to the window bottom. Our theme displays the footer at the bottom of the page content and if your page content is too short then additional space appears below the footer to the window bottom.
2) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove space between header and page content.
