The workaround for this is quick. Simply change fixed background to “Move with the content” (scroll) Further – you can apply parallax to it and make it even more beautiful.

Could you, please, ask plugin author what WooCommerce hooks were used and we’ll add them in our theme?
After that provide FTP access, so we’ll be able to fix this issue.
Our theme (and any other custom theme) isn’t compatible with all third-party extensions by default even if it’s WooCommerce compatible. You often (not always) need to customize theme or extension to make it work properly together. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions. Only default theme is compatible with all third-party extensions. Thank you for your understanding.

But if you increased limit and it did not help then only one thing I can advise is to send you few files to import settings step by step and send last version of Essential Grid plugin.

Take our apologies for this inconvenience. Such variants as Marriage, Street Photo were not included in theme import, due to using essential grid visual composer element, which should be imported separately.
I’ll explain you how to create such pages and you’ll be able to create them in no time. Or if you don’t want to do this just provide your admin panel access and we’ll create it for you.
How to create Marriage (or Street Photo) variants:
1. Go to Theme Options > Header > select 14 (or 13) type of header
2. Import Essential Grid as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid
3. Go to Pages > Add new. Use visual Composer and add Essential Grid element. Select Royal Marriage (or Grid 1). All Page Layout settings (Sidebar, footer, heading) should be disabled. Save page and set it as Front page in Settings > Reading.

You should create special woocommerce pages manually if you did not do it after woocommerce activation http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-pages/ . Then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page > set you page, if you want to display only categories them you need to select Shop Page Display > Show Subcategories . Our theme settings for this page you can find in Theme Options > Shop tab & Product Page Layout tab.
