    Ok, I downgraded PHO to 7.4

    I have done this thing about taking down plugins to the bare bone last time I had an issue with your theme. It turned out there was a CSS causing the problem, but my site was down for several days. I don’t want to go through all this whenever your theme has an issue.

    I haven’t done anything unusual to the website. Have you been able to read my last message? That the gallery is showing on previously uploaded products but NOT on the new ones I uploaded? I don’t think that is a Plugin issue since it works on my old products, not the newly uploaded ones.

    Can you please take a look? You also have FTP access plus admin access.

    I was looking at my old products; they do show a product gallery, but the other are not showing. I will provide with URL that shows the product gallery and one that doesn’t.

    I don’t see where the problem is; the setting looks the same. I cleared my cache and it is still there.

    I have tried everything. Let me share some screenshots.
    Everything is deactivated except for XStore Core, WooCommerce, Elementor, and nothing else. Cloudflare is also tuned off.

    Ok, So it seems like it was WP Rocket. I reactivated it, and it is now working normally. The only remaining problem is when I want to see the other images. Somehow it resized and shrunk.

    Strange, I just tried it and I got in.
    I’m using Filezilla.
    There are no blocks for other countries, for hosts you can use norliden.com

    Was this done in preview mode?
    Because I have the same, everything is perfect. But when I go incognito (Chrome and Firefox)it is like the screenshot I shared with you. I even used my iPhone (Safari and Chrome) and I have the same problem.
    I tried with my iPad and same thing.

    Got it.
    Now, with this review tab and my previous ticket “Product Image and Icon not displaying” #304381 is kind of related.
    I can’t click on the tab, plus the icons are not displaying. I opened my website on Chrome and Firefox, I cleared my cache, I opened it on Incognito and this is still the issue.

    Ok, hold on, I think I found out what you were saying.
    My issue right now is that the font size shows correctly on my preview but not on incognito.

    Where do I change this?
    When I built the menu, I used WPBakery; now, I’m going to use Elementor, so I’m trying to step away from WPBakery.
    Not sure if this has to do with the new size on the menu.
