Thanks Olga; this is for a different client so will be on the next purchase – our 4th licence but I’ll bear this in mind as the condition of purchase is that AMP works great. Your offer to assist is appreciated. Give me a few weeks to finish the first 3 site conversions.

We have swapped from urus theme to yours. We have over 700 ecommerce clients so I’m building a master theme to suit most and will then copy to a staging one and build to suit, then make live. So you’ll likely have a lot of queries from me whilst I’m doing these transitions throughout 2022.

I do wish you’d offer volume pricing though. It’d take me a whole 5 mins to nullify this theme which of course I won’t.

ps – to confirm I have installed the pro version so it should load fine. But isn’t. In woocommerce -> settings -> advanced fields you can see I activated the cart etc but nothing.

I don’t want to pester the author because when I disable the theme Ajax it does work so it’s clearly the theme clashing.

As a temporary fix, I have disabled this option in xstore theme settings “AJAX add to cart for simple and variable products” -> disable.

At least it works but it doesn’t reflect onto the bottom banner price (footer cart sticky banner) either so will need to disable this.

Can we look at proper integration of this plugin into the theme on an update being it is one of the most popular plugins to be used on woocommerce and is used by over 200k people!

Obviously, if you want to take a look you can but it doesn’t appear to be able to work with the ajax cart activated – period 🙁

Also another error – order tracking does not work on mobile devices! I know, sounds weird but really – enter the order ID and email and the page refreshes and nothing shows. Urgh!

Edit – amp kills it. Disabling AMP allows me to track orders.

So to do basic functions you must disable AMP. Plus it removes variations so AMP isn’t suitable for woocommerce. ?

Found the solution & reason. As in we must disable amp on certain pages but that’s a nightmare. However I’ll persevere and test it all. Why not lol.

In addition to the above button query, Also, is it possible to download all the theme settings I’ve set; ready to use on the same template with a new licence on a new domain?

It’s taken me a week to get it all perfect and I’d like to export the actual theme customizer settings if that’s possible? I know I can clone the site over to a new domain with a staging url but then it’s tedious fixing all the broken urls with such importing so I wanted to just export my actual settings if it’s possible?

Awesome thanks – but in doing this, would it remove the right side second menu called categories or would that remain?

Just want to check prior to changing it all lol

awesome thank you very much! I did try this but on the actual customizer it refreshes and they remain so I didn’t think it was right – however when you save it and then refresh front end they do disappear – albeit on customiser they are still showing as visible – just a small bug for your team to look at.

Think I’ve sussed most of it now. One last thing, any idea why there’s a difference in footers?

On desktop you see the full footer. On mobiles you see full footer but on tablets it stops at the newsletter signup pre-footer.
