Firefox is up to date
the page is fully loaded while we try to edit the page by wpbakery.
the problem stands still.

1. I really appreciate the time you spend on the performance in spite the fact that is not supposed to be your concern, I had to check if its the theme that is slowing the process.
2. about wp-bakery i have tried with the 4 browsers and I can not edit any pages with it, even the options can not be changed, I wish you could help me out with that.

we are trying to live desperately in this god damn country and everything is against us here even we got issues paying for consult for performance and for paying to 8theme some friends like you helped us, I really want to compensate your kindness, I believe one day I can, the day that I’m not here…

sorry two subjects were mixed up
the main problem is the speed which the host says it’s been caused by theme, when a costumer click on the add to card it takes minutes to navigate to the check out page.
the other serious problem is that after updating the theme and its core nothing can be edited with wp-bakery.

I followed the first 3 suggestions and done with most of them, got better but not as ok as the other store websites.

Many thanks for the answer, what did you do to fix it?
Please let me know how to do the same while I can not reach you, the delay will cause me financial loss for website busy time and I will lose customer, so if I got access teach me to fix these kind of trouble. I have so many users working on UI so this bug is not avoidable and may happen again although I’ll warn them all about what you mentioned.
what should I do if it happened again?
this time I ran the setup of the theme and it did not work either.
meanwhile I wanted to ask you please take a close look at the site and let me know if I installed the theme correctly and I am using its complete ability and nest performance.

How can I get the LICENSES of wp bakery?!
I got the plugin by the xstore theme and the support center of them does not provide me with a license.

Dear sir/madam, No I don’t want to disable the necessary and required plug-in such as wp-bakery page builder, I just wan the basics with “comparing products” and “Facebook shopping” related plugin with “highest performance” because as I told you I am using a shared memory of 256 MB on hosting and the WP bakery page builder is fine. I just update the app and it happened. please remove all the unnecessary plugins and for sure the downloadable product which I don’t need it.
