    Hello there , once you asked me to access you the admin of my word-press but you have not logged in and after updating the theme everything broke down.
    1. I am not sure whether I have installed the theme correctly.
    2. I have add all the possible features such as downloadable products which I don’t need and it caused the site performance is really terrible and I am not aware where to set the basic requirements of the woo-commerce. I am using a shared memory on the hosting. after updating everything went wrong and nothing is working. here is the admin account to access.

    Hello,

    it’s not related to update.
    You have disabled WPBakery page builder plugin and used the elements of that plugin for the Menu static blocks and it gave you the fatal error. We have improved the code of the elements to avoid the fatal error. But do you want to keep WPBakery plugin disabled?

    Dear sir/madam, No I don’t want to disable the necessary and required plug-in such as wp-bakery page builder, I just wan the basics with “comparing products” and “Facebook shopping” related plugin with “highest performance” because as I told you I am using a shared memory of 256 MB on hosting and the WP bakery page builder is fine. I just update the app and it happened. please remove all the unnecessary plugins and for sure the downloadable product which I don’t need it.

    Hello,

    Ok. Anyway, now you are informed that error happened because of using of the WPBakery element if the plugin is disabled. So, try to avoid this situation in the future.

    Many thank on the last issue, now I got a problem that the WP bakery does not load on each product.

    How can I get the LICENSES of wp bakery?!
    I got the plugin by the xstore theme and the support center of them does not provide me with a license.
    Please help me out as soon as possible.
