    Good morning,

    I used your settings and it helped although it is still not passing core vitals.

    Additionally after some additional changes (turned off movement effects for top section on my mobile on live view background picture is not displaying. It looks fine in the edit view.

    Could you please review it and help me fix this problem?

    Of course I cleared cache.

    Dear Jack,

    All this steps are checked, and site status is as reported in the original post, and recocmendations were already implemented.

    BTW please note that this guide is outdated as chche tab was removed from WP Rocket Dashboard https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1817-removal-of-the-cache-tab

    So this seems to work correctly but what we noticed is that we have a comments section on the home page – we did not add this element and we can’t remove it in elementor edit – it is somehow pushed from the wordpress defaults.

    And commenting should be turned off for the whole site (it is also visible on blog posts although we do not want it there)

    The comment field is visible on all pages except woocomerce (shop, products), so it is definitely a glitch.

    I really do not have time to again go through this. I have been using your theme for many years and have multiple licenses.

    Second – to pay for support and receive this copy and paste reply, now with additional child theme piece is just not helpful.

    Can you please analyse the problem?

    Hi Rose,

    As I installed an older version of Woocommerce the issue is not currently present.

    The issue was affecting any variable product I wanted to edit. As I have a batch of products that I want to update (their descriptions) I will keep the older version as long as I work on it. I couldn’t find any error logs related to this.

    Thank for your reply, as always it is full of informative content. Unfortunately, I do not think I expressed myself clearly:

    I DO know how to create products with variants, but there is an issue:
    1 – makes it impossible to create variable products, the checkbox you showed is inactive https://snipboard.io/SW045H.jpg
    2 – products that have variants after any edit to the description lose all the variants. WITHOUT ME EDITING VARIANTS. Please see screenshots in my original entry

    FYI – as a workaround I reverted to Woocommerce 7.8.2 and the issue was solved

    Thanks, I am really not sure what has happened. I created files as normal and the location was chosen automatically as you described. I updated the theme and when I went to the translation it was gone. Really not sure what has happened. It will be easier to translate again than retrieve back up as I just started last week. Just wondering how it could happen

    So after the staging site was created – just the woocomerce and storefront were installed. The problem is still here…

    Plus this error (not sure if it is from staging or actual…)

    When the builder is turned off it is still not working. Just confirmation for the store no client one.
    I tried turning off plugins common for both sites

    One more note: in the safe checkout (sales booster) two new payment methods showed up without us adding it – Bitcoin and Maestro. Not sure if it can be connected but no idea how it happened.

    Any suggestions from here?

    I really can’t turn off the theme to Storefront, these sites are live. If I disable email builder will it reset the customizations?

    Is it possible that it is why my whole footer got screwed up on mobile? It is not responsive – all columns are being displayed in one row not 4. Is there a fix for it (the footer issue)?

    @1
    I have seen your not about problems with compatibility. I understand that it is a common problem so maybe it is worth looking into it. Especially that modified cart/checkout is very desired option. are you aware of payment providers who are compatible with your theme? Stripe?

    @2 Yes I use single product bulider, I have not tried without it. If I disable it will it reset the settings? As always this way of troubleshooting is well… troubling.
    @3 as above. I have seen this issue on the forum before.

    Please not – ability to provide variety of payment options (GPAy included), instant checkout is something which for eCommerce owner is one of the priorities.

    Hi,

    I am hesitant to apply the code since it is some king of glitch – it was working fine. Are you aware of what is causing the issue.
