    Hi,

    1. Can you try recreate the thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ make sure the image sizes are correct in Appearance -> Customize -> Woocommerce. In the new update woocommerce moved their settings to customizer, maybe that cause some issue with the image sizes, I suppose.

    The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.

    The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( https://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.

    Registering these plugins registration is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

    The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

    Hi,

    You want to hide “244 in stock” or some other number in stock?

    Go to that product and in “Product data” you can disable, uncheck Manage stock option there, it will hide the stock details. that http://take.ms/eCRhE

    Hi Mike,

    1. For updater, please do so it won’t do any harm to the site, just some database field update after the new version of Woo.
    2. For the template issue, did you add the pagination.php before? If so, just go to that file and update the template number in the top of the file, it will do the trick.

    The mobile menu font color can be set from Theme Options -> Typography -> Navigation -> Menu 1 level, Screenshot: http://take.ms/wOdrQ After changing this, try clearing your browser cache if you didn’t see any changes.

    If that didn’t work, you can add this Custom CSS in Theme Options -> Stylings -> Custom CSS for global,

    .mobile-menu-wrapper .menu > li > a { color: green !important; }

    Hi,

    Can you do a couple of steps,

    1. Make sure the theme, xstore core plugin and the woozone plugins are all up-to-date.
    2. If step 1, okay and still the issue happening means, can you try disable all the other third-party plugins you installed, and see something that cause the issue.
    3. Make sure the plugin’s styles are not removed by your server automatically? ( You can download the plugin manually using https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and then check any folder or file is missing when the error happens. )

    1. By using the Loco translate plugin will help you to change that text, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    2. If you don’t want to use any translations then you can edit that directly in woosearchform.php please copy that file to your child theme and edit the text directly there.

    Hi,

    Changing the permalinks back to default makes the search works, so just like you said it is permalink issue, and the rules is not updated to the .htaccess file I suppose, if you have any security plugin disable that and then go to Settings -> Permalinks and hit save once, clear your cache and see the search works just fine. If that didn’t work, please try to disable all the plugins at once except Woocommerce and recommended plugins by XStore and see that fix anything.

    Hi,

    Go to Appearance -> Widgets and in Footer Column 4, you can replace that column and put the products tags widget there, If you using “Static blocks” for the footer means, you need to edit the appropirate static block to edit the fourth column.
