Viewing Categories at Products Page. - by mdiazandrade

Hi. In my XStore website I´m seeing at the Products section, inside that section seeing Categories as products. Please let me know how to erase Categories from Products section.

Hi, Thanks . I just tried what #184748 said, but, its not working or changing. It keeps showing me the categories inside de products section.

Hello, @mdiazandrade

WooCommerce displays categories and products in one block and it does not have the option to split them. You may try to implement this by additional customization only if you have PHP skills.

Hello,

You are using the old version of our theme and Woocommerce plugin 3.3.0. Please, update plugin to version 3.3.1 at least and our theme to version 4.19. Let me know if you still have the problem with categories after that.

Hi. Another consult.
We are managing to show de products prices $$ on the cart page. However the page shows, when looking it in a mobile bowser, only the totals (the sum of all products) but not each individual products` price $. This ONLY happens when viewing the website on a cellphone. It works fine when viewing it in a laptop.

Please let me know how to show on mobile the price $ of each product listed on the shopping cart. The total $ of the products seems ok.

We use default WooCommerce functionality and don’t have any special settings for this. Contact WC plugin to get suggestions or additional extensions that could help you to achieve the desired result.

Hi

In the XStore website I’m having problems with the shopping cart.

1. If I’m logged in in the WordPress Admin, the product shopping cart works fine by letting me add products to the cart.

2. If I’m NOT logged in in the WPs Admin (like a regular User) the shooting cart does NOT let people to add products to the cart.

Do you use addition plugins? Try to disable 3rd party plugins to check if one on them causes the problem. We are theme support and we can help you with issues related strictly to our theme.
Also, to be able to take a closer look, we need to access your Dashboard.

Hello, @mdiazandrade

Your problem is related to Cache Enabler plugin and appears not just with our theme https://gyazo.com/dcbcc5e092e5c6ab3c6ed8ac1c5cf2f7

Contact plugin author to fix the issue or choose another cache plugin that does not have such issues.
