So I tried Elementor as you suggested and I am getting the exact same results. It is hiding the price but it is not hiding the cart, and it is not showing the custom message.

One more question, if I change the builder to Elementor, will I lose the current customizer design, or can I revert back at any time?
The site was built using WPBakery. Is there any conflict using Elementor at the same time for the single product builder? The long description area of the product pages also uses WPBakery.
Please let me know how you solve it, so I know for next time.
Thanks,
Laurent
That seems to have worked. Thank you.
I could have done that too. That was not the solution I was looking for. According to the product developer, you can replace the main image with the 360 image while still having the gallery. But instead it is adding the 360 image above the main image and gallery. I assumed the plugin was fully functional since it is bundled with the theme.
All products have the same issue. You can use this product for testing: https://www.mixware.net/product/colorkey-mobilepar-mini-hex-4-black-6-pack-bundle-with-carrying-case/
Thanks. See private area.
I removed the 360 image for now but you can add it back to any product for testing.
I had already purged the CDN cache yesterday. It’s managed directly from my host cpanel, not from the plugin. However, I just disabled the CDN completely and it’s working now. And still working after enabling it again. It seems it was stuck or just very persistent. Thanks for your help.
By the way, all the errors refer to minified js files. Even if I purge cache and turn off caching plugin, the errors remain. I feel like the update automatically turned on caching functions built into the theme, and if we could turn these off maybe the problem will go away. I always have these off since there is already caching functionality with my host and I am using their plugin.
Also the last errors seem like it’s a problem with your core plugin.
“Could not load content for https://www.mixware.net/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/kirki/modules/tooltips/tooltip.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE”
No it’s not fixed. Your screenshot doesn’t show the console.

Have you tried to open the customizer? It doesn’t load. I need to fix the header and footer but I can’t without the customizer.

OK it’s working now. Thank you.
Sorry, there is still a problem. The background color and font colors are not changing for the mobile menu. If I choose the first off-canvas option, the background is always white. If I choose the 2nd off-canvas option, the background is always transparent.
Ok it’s working now. Thanks for your help. The css of the mobile menu has changed but that’s OK, I can update it.
That’s strange, I was able to login. I generated a new password anyway.
Cloudflare is managed directly from my host’s c-panel.
I specifically wrote in my message that I already tried that. Plus it also doesn’t work in incognito mode.
I have the same problem in Chrome on iOS 14. It works in Safari. In Chrome the icon doesn’t open the menu.
Same problem here. I have 4.11 installed. After updating to 4.12, it still shows 4.11 with ‘update available’.
OK so this is very strange. There are 3 carousels on the home page and they are working this morning. As of last night they were still not working.
So I created a new page to test and I was still having the issue there. Then I cleared both WordPress cache and browser cache, and now the new page is also working. Strange. Now every carousel I add works. How could it be a caching issue if it was happening on a new page I just created?
This is the test page: http://b7a.131.myftpupload.com/carousel-test/
Anyway, problem seems to be solved.
Here you go
I updated the core plugin and still having the carousel issue.
I am not getting the error message but my carousel layouts are also messed up after updating. All carousels are only showing the first slide, in full width.
Great, the first one worked, thank you.
Actually it was a caching issue. It’s fine now. Thanks.
Thank you for this workaround. It works, but the behavior is still strange. After pasting the above code and saving, the color does change on the front end. However, after leaving the custom css page, the code is gone once I return to the page. So I have to paste the entire code again to change colors.
Is this going to be addressed in an update? This function exists in the breadcrumbs settings, so there shouldn’t be a need to paste code.
Perfect! Thanks for your help.
