After the last update the mobile menu stop working. I had read different threads and I re-save the theme and cleanup my cache. This didn’t work. I am very worried because my users are having too much issues. I have tried with apple and android phones and it doesn’t work. What can I do?

I already tried with the cache and its not working. The clients are not going to clear the cache either. I really need some help with this, this didn’t happen before. Closing a thread without a solution it not proper. Can you please help me?

I send images that I had clear the cache in my phone:

I have the same problem in Chrome on iOS 14. It works in Safari. In Chrome the icon doesn’t open the menu.

    Hello, Domicilium CR, Laurent

We checked your menus and it works fine for us http://prntscr.com/vobahk and http://prntscr.com/vobbep . I can provide you the video if it’s needed.
Anyway, you may provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we could try to upload the improved version of the theme with some changes of the mobile menu scripts to check if it helps you. I see that you both use the CDN, so install the Cloudflare plugin and log in to the account to allow us to clear the CDN cache after the update.

    Regards
