Please use the Product Categories Element instead of Spotlight Categories Element. When you’re in the Product Tag page, the Spotlight Categories Elemento automatically switching to the Product Tags.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible right now. Because the WooCommerce My Account page is generated by WooCommerce plugin.
