    Dear @Rich Kil,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please refer to the following resources for clarification:

    – Previous state: https://prnt.sc/7AydB6kpjDiv
    – Drag-and-drop category sorting demonstration: https://gyazo.com/cb0accdb29558f5ef545f43e6dda14b6
    – Frontend results: https://prnt.sc/KXA3Am2c-NMD

    Please note that the category sorting functionality is based on the default behavior of WooCommerce. As such, any changes made to the order of categories using the drag-and-drop method will affect their display site-wide, not just on the current page. This applies to all areas where categories are shown using the “order by ID” sorting option.

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in solution to apply a custom sort order exclusively to a single page. We recommend considering the alternative approach demonstrated in the previous video as a potential workaround.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Kestutis,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the current header element utilizes a different structure for displaying its components. However, we have implemented the requested changes using the “Widget 01” element within the header builder. You may now review the results at your convenience.

    Dear @Gizmo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We noticed that your website currently displays an empty header section, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/GbtnFTFrMU1Y. This issue appears to be due to the majority of widgets being disabled in your header settings: https://prnt.sc/32R8Y3oW6Ooj.

    To assist you, we have reactivated all header widgets and added custom content to ensure that the header is now visible on your pages. You may further customize your header by importing a template from XStudio (please refer to this guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/) or by creating your own custom header content.

    Additionally, we recommend reviewing the following article from our documentation to help improve your website’s performance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/.

    Lastly, please make sure to clear your CDN cache. If you continue to experience issues with image loading, kindly provide us with screenshots or a short video demonstrating the problem so that we can offer appropriate solutions.

    Dear @Malene,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Thank you for your recent response. However, it appears that no video was attached to your reply. Kindly review your message and provide us with a video demonstrating the issue related to the transparent header.

    We have reviewed your website on our end and did not observe any issues, so a video would greatly assist us in better understanding and resolving the matter.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @sabi

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance – Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Dear @Enmanuel Rostran,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Once you have set up your staging environment, please let us know. We will then provide you with a ZIP file containing the beta version, which includes our latest improvements.

    For testing purposes, we recommend disabling the WP Rocket plugin on your staging website.

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We kindly ask you to check your homepage again. Our team has improved the code, and you should now be able to see the wishlist icon displayed on each custom-created product.

    Please find the updated code below:

    add_shortcode('etheme_child_xstore_wishlist', 'child_theme_wishlist');

    function child_theme_wishlist($atts, $content = null) {
        if ( !class_exists('\XStoreCore\Modules\WooCommerce\XStore_Wishlist') ) return;

        $wishlist_instance = \XStoreCore\Modules\WooCommerce\XStore_Wishlist::get_instance();
        global $product;

        if ( ! $product ) {
            $product = wc_get_product();
        }

        if ( ! $product ) return;

        ob_start();
        $wishlist_instance->print_button($product->get_ID());
        return ob_get_clean();
    }

    Dear @CuteVirus,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the issue you are experiencing is due to the “Header Overlap” setting, which is currently causing your header to overlap the page content. To resolve this, we recommend creating multiple headers using Elementor’s display conditions.

    You can configure one header with the overlap option enabled specifically for the homepage, and create a separate header for the rest of the website with the overlap option disabled. This approach allows you to maintain the desired design on the homepage while ensuring proper content display across other pages.

    As a temporary measure, you may also try disabling the header overlap setting to see if it resolves the issue. If the problem is resolved, you can proceed with the solution mentioned above.

    For further guidance, please refer to our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

    Dear @Angelo Di Tommaso,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the issue may be related to the WPBakery plugin. As WPBakery is a page builder, using multiple page builders on the same website is generally not recommended, as they perform similar functions and may conflict with one another.

    If you have imported a demo that uses the Elementor page builder, we suggest disabling the WPBakery plugin. Keeping only the necessary plugins for your demo will help improve performance and reduce the likelihood of conflicts or issues.

    Should you wish for us to review the situation and provide further assistance, please share access to your website. You may use the private content area to securely provide login credentials, and we will be happy to investigate and suggest appropriate solutions.

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As you are currently using the editor (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hNs9LSNUgHzG), we are unable to apply direct content modifications at this time.

    However, we kindly suggest using the following shortcode instead: https://prnt.sc/pmy1VtmXFnVh.

    To ensure the shortcode functions correctly, we have added the following custom code (https://prnt.sc/WHg39A9lHTaB) to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_shortcode('etheme_child_xstore_wishlist', 'child_theme_wishlist');

    function child_theme_wishlist($atts, $content = null) {
        if ( !class_exists('\XStoreCore\Modules\WooCommerce\XStore_Wishlist') ) return;
        $wishlist_instance = \XStoreCore\Modules\WooCommerce\XStore_Wishlist::get_instance();
        ob_start();
        $wishlist_instance->print_button();
        return ob_get_clean();
    }

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Filip,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We kindly recommend that you contact the support team of the third-party plugin you are using to add custom fields. They will be best equipped to inform you whether their plugin supports displaying these fields in the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin.

    This functionality is typically addressed in the plugin’s documentation, as it pertains specifically to their features and compatibility.

    Dear @umer,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The mentioned option is designed to exclude only critical sources from the WP Rocket cache. However, if you are experiencing issues with specific parts of your content, we kindly ask you to provide us with a screenshot and the URL of the affected page.

    Once we receive this information, we will review it and provide you with a list of scripts and styles that you can manually add to the plugin’s exclusion settings. Alternatively, if the sources are deemed critical, we will consider including them in a future update.

    Dear @rayee,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that your website is utilizing a caching mechanism that may be excluding certain CSS elements. To resolve this issue, you may consider one of the following options:

    1. Add the following custom CSS to your website:

    .swiper-container {
        margin-left: auto;
        margin-right: auto;
        position: relative;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    2. Alternatively, you can temporarily disable your caching plugin and check if the issue persists.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Enmanuel Rostran,

    We would like to inform you that we are currently working on a global update that includes numerous optimization improvements, particularly for AJAX requests. If you are interested, we would be happy to provide you with access to our beta version for testing purposes.

    Please note that, as this is a beta release, it may still contain some issues. Therefore, we strongly recommend testing it on a staging website rather than a live environment.

    Once you have completed your testing, we would appreciate your feedback. This will also allow us to verify whether the issue you previously reported has been addressed in the update. Our development team has implemented a wide range of enhancements, so it is possible that the issue has already been resolved. If not, we will investigate it further.

    Dear @feeldesign,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To ensure compatibility with the plugin you have installed, we kindly recommend disabling the AJAX functionality. As demonstrated, the Storefront theme handles product additions with add-ons correctly because it does not use AJAX – this allows all product-related requests to be processed properly.

    You can disable the AJAX feature by navigating to:
    Theme Options → WooCommerce → Single Product → Layout
    (Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/vthNMyg9tx3l)

    Dear @RichPoetry,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to overwrite such files directly from a child theme. However, you can achieve a similar design by applying custom CSS in combination with the widget you are currently using.

    Alternatively, we recommend exploring Elementor’s Loop Builder feature, which may offer the flexibility you need. You can find more information about it here: https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-the-loop-builder/

    Dear @M,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered was caused by your custom CSS configuration, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5u-YG4qi4fO3.

    Specifically, the problem arose from using a value of 0px, which, when minified, is interpreted as 0. To resolve this, we have adjusted the value to 0.001px. This ensures that the unit is preserved and properly recognized across all styles.

    Kindly clear your browser cache and check the result again.
