    Dear @maftimfia,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the loading speed of your website and observed that it is slower than expected. Unfortunately, it appears that the optimizations we previously recommended have not been implemented on your end. Implementing these changes is crucial for enhancing your website’s performance.

    We specifically advised the activation of the XStore ajaxify feature, which seems to have been overlooked. We kindly request that you implement the suggested optimizations to facilitate noticeable improvements.

    Should the performance issues persist following these implementations, please provide us with the working wp-admin and FTP access credentials for your website. This will enable us to conduct a more thorough investigation.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to seeing the enhanced performance of your website soon.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Nicolo,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    As previously discussed, we require some additional time to thoroughly explore and correctly implement the available options. Should you wish to conceal the navigation arrows on mobile devices in the interim, we kindly suggest adding the following custom CSS to the ‘Custom CSS’ section of your Ajax tabs element:

    [data-elementor-device-mode="mobile"] selector .et-swiper-elementor-nav {
        display: none;
    }

    We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    We hope this message finds you well. We initially understood that your inquiry pertained to the Checkout page. However, it now appears that your recent communications reference a different page and involve additional questions that diverge from the original topic.

    To ensure we provide the most accurate and efficient support, could you kindly submit separate tickets for each distinct query? In these tickets, please include detailed descriptions of the modifications you wish to implement, whether they involve additions, deletions, or improvements. Additionally, it would be immensely helpful if you could attach screenshots depicting the desired outcomes.

    Dear @OI Digital,

    We understand that upgrading from an older version of the XStore theme to the latest one can be challenging. To facilitate a smoother transition, we have provided guidelines for a streamlined migration process. It is important to note that numerous features and options have been updated/added/removed since the version you are currently using. Such as export option is not compatible as you already found.

    To proceed with the migration, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Contact your hosting provider to arrange for a duplication of your live website onto a staging environment.
    2. Install the latest version of the XStore theme and XStore Core on your staging website.
    3. After migration, your products, posts, and projects will be preserved. However, you may need to review and adjust content across your pages and update settings within the Theme Options as necessary.

    For detailed instructions on migrating from older to newer versions of the XStore theme, please visit our documentation page: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/. Given the age of your current installation, additional steps outlined in the guide will be required.

    Should you require further assistance or wish to minimize potential issues during the migration, please do not hesitate to contact our customization department at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to supporting you through this upgrade process.

    Dear @Fabrizo Ambrogi,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that we have conducted a review of your website and identified a few areas that required immediate attention.

    Upon inspection, it was noted that the XStore Elementor Single Product Builder was activated on your site but did not contain any content. This was the reason behind the empty single product pages you experienced. We have addressed this issue to prevent any further inconvenience.

    Additionally, we have deactivated several plugins that were incompatible with the XStore theme. These plugins were originally part of another WordPress theme package and their functionalities did not align with the XStore theme, leading to operational discrepancies.

    We recommend reviewing these changes at your earliest convenience to ensure your website functions smoothly. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @OI Digital,

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concern with updating the xStore theme from version 1.3. We understand the importance of ensuring a smooth update process to maintain the integrity of your website.

    Updating from an older version of the theme to the latest version can sometimes lead to complications, as you’ve experienced. To avoid issues and ensure a successful update, we recommend the following steps:

    1. **Backup Your Website**: Before proceeding with the update, ensure you have a complete backup of your website, including all files and databases. This will allow you to restore the original state if necessary.

    2. **Staging Environment**: If possible, perform the update on a staging site first. This allows you to test the new theme version without affecting your live site.

    3. **Update WordPress and Plugins**: Ensure that your WordPress core and all plugins are updated to their latest versions. This helps in minimizing compatibility issues.

    4. **Manual Update**: Since the automatic update did not work as expected, a manual update might be necessary. You can do this by downloading the latest version of the XStore theme from our website and uploading it to your server via FTP. Replace the old theme files with the new ones in the wp-content/themes directory.

    5. **Check Customizations**: If you have made customizations to the theme files, you will need to reapply them after the update. It is recommended to use a child theme for such customizations in the future to avoid losing them on updates.

    6. **Clear Cache**: After updating, clear all caches on your website and browser to ensure that changes are reflected correctly.

    7. **Test All Functionalities**: Thoroughly test the website to ensure that all functionalities are working as expected. Check for any visual or functional discrepancies and address them accordingly.

    If you encounter any specific issues during the update process, please do not hesitate to contact our support team with details. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

    Dear @nitin kumar,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that you currently have the Query Monitor plugin active on your website. Upon review, it appears that the primary contributors to the speed issues on your site are the Wordfence and WooCommerce plugins. For your reference, please see the analysis here: https://gyazo.com/abc3c588f599ceeba87804daa8f8af5b.

    We kindly request that you deactivate the Wordfence plugin temporarily and observe if there is an improvement in the website’s performance. Additionally, we suggest considering a downgrade of your PHP version. It has been observed that higher PHP versions may not be fully supported by all plugins, potentially leading to slower website performance rather than enhancements.

    For further insights, you may also want to review other analytics provided by the Query Monitor. This can help identify and address issues with other plugins. Details can be found here: https://gyazo.com/c77f0e21f13a7a6f3d649072bb67c35a.

    Moreover, we recommend reading our suggestions on how to enhance your website’s speed, detailed in our next reply, which can be accessed here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-message-while-debugging-the-website/#post-405279.

    Thank you for your attention to these recommendations. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that we have made some necessary updates to your checkout page, which was previously built using WooCommerce blocks. It appears that our theme options were not being applied correctly in that setup.

    To address this, we have removed the outdated content from the checkout page and have reconfigured it in accordance with WooCommerce’s recommendations. We have now integrated the ‘[woocommerce_checkout]‘ shortcode on this page. This adjustment ensures that the layout and design of your checkout page can now be fully managed via the Theme Options. Additionally, this update has resolved the issues with the broken input fields.

    You can view the updated layout here: https://gyazo.com/282fcdbe2ac43719e18d24b399df8a73.

    Also, you can watch the tutorial of using our new XStore builders where you can modify any content data of Cart/Checkout pages -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/.

    Dear @Vijith,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed the content volume on your homepage and noticed that it appears to be reduced, possibly due to the removal of certain sections by yourself. Consequently, the loading speed of your homepage is currently performing within normal parameters.

    Also, we recommend you to limit by 15-20 product categories on your home page. And set the image size to the optimal size of this element as we currently unable to check it as you are in editor of this page.

    At this moment, there seems to be no issues with the loading speed, and it is functioning efficiently. Therefore, there is no further action required from our side at this point.

    Should you have any more questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Rodrigo Carlos,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the translation variables in your project. It has come to our notice that certain variables, which should remain untranslated, were modified. Specifically, the variable of this string “{sales_text} %s” was translated, which caused an issue in the code as the {sales_text} variable could not be found.

    For your reference, please review the affected variables here: https://gyazo.com/7dac0361dc097fa97b5220a7d2ba221a.

    To rectify this, we have removed the incorrect translation, and I am pleased to inform you that your frontend sale label is now displayed correctly. Additionally, we have addressed other related issues to ensure smooth operation.

    Also, we would like to inform you that we have implemented the following snippet of code to address the recent issue about ‘new’ label as such label is displayed based on the date modification by default:

    add_filter('product_new_label_on_date_created', '__return_true');

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Festigift,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are seeking clarification on how customers might access your website without an internet connection. Our understanding is that a URL cannot be opened without an internet connection, which suggests that certain functionalities, such as fake sales pop-ups, may not be necessary or applicable under these circumstances.

    Could you please provide further details or guidance on this matter? We aim to ensure that our requests and improvements are both relevant and practical.

    Also, in the next update, we will include a fix to address the issue of fake pop-ups. These pop-ups will be disabled if the network connection is lost.

    Thank you for your attention to this inquiry. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Dear @Zeeshan Ahmad,

    We recently conducted a test using the Storefront theme and observed that validation errors are only displayed upon page refresh. You can view the details here: https://gyazo.com/926a5e7846532442a81480783d3237c0.

    We noticed a similar behavior with our XStore theme, suggesting that your testing might have been performed differently. If you have experienced field validations with the Storefront theme that do not require a page refresh, could you kindly provide us with a video demonstration and detailed steps on how we can replicate this on our local site?

    Should this not be the case, we would have to classify your request as one for additional customization. This service falls outside the scope of our basic support. Dear @vjm,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide you with an update regarding the issues you reported on your website:

    1. As of now, we have not identified any problems with the footer across all your pages.

    2. It appears that you are utilizing the default Elementor Icon box widget. We have observed that this widget may encounter certain issues that are independent of our the theme currently activated on your website. This observation leads us to conclude that the issue is not exclusively related to the XStore theme.

    3. To address the potential issue, we recommend adding the following custom CSS code. Please insert it in the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .elementor-widget .elementor-icon-list-icon svg {
        width: var(--e-icon-list-icon-size, 1em);
        height: var(--e-icon-list-icon-size, 1em);
    }

    Please ensure to clear your browser cache before checking to see if the issue persists after applying the CSS.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
