Hi there,

Please, make sure you have the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin enabled. Then enter, Wp Bakery on the left bar of your WP-Dashboard>>Settings>>>Role Manager>>Custom>> check if all points are enabled.

Did you check the external plugins? If you have some installed, disable them to check if the issue remains.

You may also enable Woocommerce default theme and check this.

If no result, please attach your WP admin details in Private content.
