    please help..many tımes l trıed it but no result..

    Hi there,

    Thanks for choosing our theme! Please, check the details about the demo import here, https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content and make sure you are doing everything right.

    Make sure all the server requirements are ok and if all the plugins are fully installed.

    ı checked all but dıdnot fınd sthg wrong….

    only a problem what ı see ;
    when I want import demos thıs warnıng comes

    but normally ıt l actıvated on the otherside

    Hello,

    XStore core plugin is required plugin if you want to use XStore theme and it should be installed and activated. List of required plugins you can find here https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins

    To install bundled plugins go to Appearance > Install Plugins. Activate installed plugins you can via Plugins > Installed plugins. As I can see Xore plugin is already activated on your site.

    Do you need any other help?
