    Hi,

I suppose is it just easy as restoring the database? And the Custom CSS will be recovered back?

    Thanks

Hi there, (Regarding the button text color)

Sorry to bother again, I have tried to edit the “Button Text Color” in the theme settings.
    Screenshot: https://ibb.co/iAGVrT

And when back to the “Cart page” the button text color still kept to be “Pink”.
    Screenshot of Cart Page: https://ibb.co/h9h3BT
Screenshot of the Cart Drop-down: https://ibb.co/jSuiBT

Can you pls check and let me know is there anything I have missed out to edit?
    Thanks very much
    Kind Regards
    Graham

    Hi Tyler,

I have tried clearing the cache and refreshed the page,

But here I have a bit of confusion, could you pls make my minds clear?

    1. When the “Disable thumbnail gallery” option is selected in “Single Product Editing” page, it still hides the “thumbnail gallery carousel” on both desktop and mobile vision.
(Can it be set as —–When the option is selected, it only hides the thumbnails on desktops, I mean, keep the thumbnails on mobile vision?)

    2. And when the “Disable thumbnail gallery” option is not selected, the “thumbnail gallery” appears on both desktop and mobiles (←←←This is now working on the current version, no changes required.)

Thanks a bunch for your help and patience
    Best Regards
    Graham

    Supplement info:

Forgot to mention, the path to the WordPress folder in FTP is:

    /var/www/html

Please let me know if there are problems.

    Thanks again.

    Hi, Tyler

The FTP access is authorized via the “Putty Key”

    You need to:

    1. upload/Add the key to the Filezilla — Key is attached below in the private section.
    (Steps screenshot: https://ibb.co/gHvH1x , https://ibb.co/jNoLMx )

    2. Enter the Host and User (Password not needed)
Please find them in private content.

    3. Thanks very much for your kind help, please let me know and I will still find a developer if there is too much work to do.
    ———————————————————————-
    Function Description:
—In the single product editing page—
    1. When the “Disable thumbnails gallery” is activated, it only hides/disables the “thumbnails gallery” on the desktop view or similar screen size. (Code changes may need to apply)
    2. When the “Disable thumbnails gallery” is not selected, it does not hide the “thumbnails gallery” at all on either mobile or desktops. (This is on the current default version, please keep it.)

Thanks again and Best Regards 🙂

    Hi, Tyler

Before I go further, may I ask if it is possible to —-
    1. enable the gallery in Theme Options > E-commerce > Single product page
    2. and only disable the “image thumbnails gallery” on the desktop view or similar screen size?
(Because I would really want to keep the thumbnails gallery on mobile display)

    Thanks very much!
    Regards
    Graham

    Thanks for your advice!

    1. I have tried to change the background color for the “Cart” page in —Page—Layout options; however, I have then refreshed the page for a few times, but the background doesn’t change.
(I have attached the WordPress login credentials in the private section, could you pls help to have a check? )

    2. Thank you! it worked great, just one more quick question:
    https://ibb.co/f0bVmx
The text color, size, and padding etc styling appears to be messy, can you pls let me know how can I change them?

    Thanks again!

    Thank you for the advice,
But I’ll need the thumbnails gallery to display on the mobile end.
Never mind, I’ll find the developer team you recommended earlier on another topic to resolve such issue.
    Thanks again. 🙂

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply, but after I have selected the different layout as suggested, the image still appears to be the “full image scroll down” type. (I have not disabled the thumbnails gallery).

Could you pls have a check?
    Thanks!

    To be more specific,

I would like to add some text above the “Products” and the “Filter” section on the “Product Category” pages.

    Thank you very much!
This suggestion is very helpful, as I thought I’d have to create all the variations in order to have them appeared and selectable on the product page.

By what you advised, I will only have to create those paid options and disable the stock in Woocommerce settings.

    Tested and worked perfectly now.
Thanks again for your time and patience!

I mean, I should do the same as you advised previously:
“Open file using any text or code editor and copy code”, and paste the code here?
    https://ibb.co/eP8sRn

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi, Barlow

Thanks for your suggestion, fortunately, I remembered that I do have noticed this:
” Attention! Before additional pages import, please, do the backup of your Theme Settings: “Import / Export – Options” and your website entirely.”
And did the backup in the Theme options a few days ago on April 10th, and downloaded the JSON. file.

So, is it just as easy as clicking ” import from the File” and choose this JSON file to upload to recover?

    Looking forward to your reply.
    Thanks very much

I have set 777 permission for the above-mentioned Child theme and Xstore/woocommerce/single-product, please let me know if there are files need to be uploaded to the other folders. Will change the permission level. 🙂

    Hi,

The FTP login credential is authorized via the “Putty Private Key Generator”

I have attached the link in which you can download the key.
And the login information is provided in the private section.

    Supplement Information:

For easier to understand, this is what I want to realize on the mobile device:
    https://ibb.co/khKWXS
(I do like the current desktop “image scrolling in the middle layout” and would like to still keep it on the desktop.)

    Thanks and Regards!

    Thanks for your suggestion!

However, there seems to be some error when I copied and modified the file as advised to the Child Theme. (I do still want the image scroll on desktop rather than the image gallery thumbnails)

Please have a check of the screenshots:
    1. Desktop : https://ibb.co/cgADwn
    2. Mobile device: https://ibb.co/jqLDwn

Can you please kindly advise what further am I supposed to do to fix the errors?
    Thanks very much!!

    Hi, Tyler

I’m using the Google chrome on a widescreen display of about 2560 x 1440.
I think it will be alright if there’s no problem on your side, most people would not use the screen that wider.

Thanks very much for your time! 🙂

    Hi

    1. Thanks! The background issue fixed now.
    2. But the spacing between the “menu item” and “tag” still seems too narrow.
    https://ibb.co/ia6jzx

I do have cleared the browser cache a few times by Ctrl_F5

    Please advise.

    Thanks and Regards
