Theme update failed, can you help please?

    Hi, there

    I have just tried to update the Xstore theme, but it reminds me to say:
    ” An error occurred while updating XStore: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. images/dd_arrow.gif ”

    Can you pls kindly check and let me know how to fix it?
    (I do notice there is a URL path in the message — images/dd_arrow.gif, but not sure what to do with it and how do I locate it in the FTP?)

    Hello,

    If you have any permissions issues during auto update it would be better to contact hosting provider to fix it because it’s related to your server settings.

    If you prefer to update theme via FTP we can help you with this. Just provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
