How to change the — Top and Bottom border color of the "breadcrumb" ?

Hi there,

I am wondering if the theme has a place to change the — top and bottom borders color of the breadcrumb?

I do have tried to look for it in the theme settings and searched on Google but found no answer.
Can you please advise?

Please find this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css https://prnt.sc/j7ur11
