The issue is that the filter which is normally on the left side of the mobile shoppage, now is not available. i select the off grid filter but somehow its gone.

Can you please check again? it was the productfilter of woocommerce whom caused all these issues.

I went back and forth, from the hosting provider who is repsonsible for the server (server permalinks), to Woocommerce and they checked it, serverguy points to woocommerce and Woocommerce points to Xstore as the only thing all the shops (vinopura.nl, dutchmadeleather.nl etc..) have in common is having Xstore installed and when you see Yourlight.com/webshop it was empty then changed to storefront and the shop came back again. https://gyazo.com/fc801f206d6c80ccd322a1e13ff724ac This feels an endless circle.

Hi, this issue is still relevant. i have talked to WPML, they point to Woocommerce, Woocommerce point to Xstore. and so on. Now i experience this with many webshop i have where Xstore is installed.
The vinopura doesnt have and never had WPML installed so thats not the point. I can get the store back by choosing a different shoppage and then change back to ”winkel”https://gyazo.com/50db50a56e7508bba95b21c4add5cf27 but it will be empty within 24hours.
I need a solution asap because its killing business. Can you please check again?

Hi,
Because it took so long to respond i had to re-set the page, thats why you see it. 2 days it was not showing and an empty page because i thought u should see it. but i needed to find a solution so i have set it back and use another page with manual products. The shop disappears but when u go to productsection in woocommerce and re-set the shoppage the products come back. One day later they disappear again. the problem is not solved and we cant reproduce it. only see when its gone.
