I have not switched anything fearing that it may crash my site. That is why I contacted support? Also, I’m noticing my posts and products are all missing in the dashboard 🙁

I saw the glitch on header so I updated to latest version. Then I noticed that update did not fix the glitch so I rewinded server back 1 day prior to when everything was working fine. However that did not fix the issue either. I’m seeing the site header looks semi like how it’s suppose to (compared to how it looked in link attached)

I thought the sliders moved/slid on their own/automatically and not/without having to push any buttons??

-Were you able to see if this has been fixed or removed? I really need my shop images to be clear. This is a huge issue for me as it makes or breaks the sales on my website. As you can see the product images look blurry until you click on them, then the single product page images look clear. Thank you!

Well it seems you fixed the issue now since now it actually shows the 12 products whereas before it didn’t. Thanks.

Sure you can give me a refund as I will have to PAY another developer to help me fix this issue $$$. This theme is pretty but I find myself having many conflicting/consisting issues that go unresolved. You have yet to still address my other concerns listed above and in my other tickets:
My footer is still not looking right. (You can look at xstore parent theme to compare) Half of my footer content is still missing; quick link tabs, content for charity grace period, there is an additional footer line with Created by Power Elite Themeforest Author that I did not add! Also on mobile app my logo is missing, and the footer content is missing.

This is not true. My images still look blurry! There is something wrong with the theme because when you see the images on the home page they look blurry but when you actually click on the product the images don’t look blurry! Also, how can I make all the images in the shop/home menu the same size?
