The modification has been made in royal/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php (line 20), find the code
'base' => esc_url( str_replace( 999999999, '%#%', remove_query_arg( 'add-to-cart', htmlspecialchars_decode( get_pagenum_link( 999999999 ) ) ) ) ),

and replace it with this one:
'base' => esc_url( str_replace( 999999999, '%#%', remove_query_arg( 'add-to-cart', get_pagenum_link( 999999999, false ) ) ) ),

Sorry, but products banner should be displayed for category products. You can set a banner in Theme Options > Shop.
The category thumbnails are displayed on the shop page when you select subcategories to show in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab.

1. You can edit a row (click on the pencil icon) and a background image to the row.
2. Also you need edit a row to set background image and select parallax type.
Then use Text element to add your text and use this shortcode [counter init_value=" " final_value=" "] for the counter.
3. And again you need edit a row to add background video.
