Hi,

Just got problems with displaying Products on a single product page, I’m currently using the Woocommerce Chained Products Extension http://docs.woothemes.com/document/chained-products/

This plugin allows me to display chained products under product description tab using the short code [chained_products] but I couldn’t get it to work correctly, all products are displayed terribly on the page.

I’ve tried to use short code with prefix[etheme_chained_products]but it doesn’t seems to be working

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Sorry, but we don’t provide guarantee for full compatibility of all Woocommerce plugins with our theme as we can’t test them all.
Have you checked if it works with default WordPress theme?

It’s working fine with the default WordPress theme

I love XMarket theme can’t wait to see it’s powerful, I’ve attached two plugins hope you guys can test and improve it

Also, when I use Woocommerce Product Slider Plugin to add a slider under the product tab everything’s working fine but the navigation button becomes blank and when I press it then does nothing and tab closed

The plugin is attached please take a look

Very often additional customization of a theme or a plugin is required to make them work properly. Such customization isn’t included in our basic support. You can provide us with the credentials to FTP and wp-admin panel and if the customization isn’t very serious, we’ll fix it. Otherwise it’ll be a paid service and you need to coordinate the runtime with our specialists’ schedule.
Also provide us with a link where problems occur and screenshots for clear understanding.

Just have two problems
1. The Chained Products under the tab are not clickable
2. The Chained Products showing in one Column not in grid

Hello,

All changes were made in custom.css file. We have renamed the old one, because you have copied whole style.css file) and created new file. You need to place only changed or new styles in custom.css, you don’t need to copy all styles from style.css.

Thank you very much! just have one weird thing please take look I’m using Woocommerce Product Slider Plugin to create product slider it works great in product short description, but when I add it to product main description the navigation arrow becomes blank and is not clickable ( when I press it closes the Tab )

Hello,

This is compatibility issue. We are sorry, but slider won’t work in tabs area. Tabs were created with using anchors that’s why they conflict with slider navigation.
Use this slider beyond the tabs area.
