1. To remove space between slider and main content, add this code into custom.css file:

.page-heading-slider .wpb_revslider_element {
    margin-bottom: -5px !important;
}

How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

2. To increase header height use this code in custom.css file:

header {
    height: 200px;
}

3. You can add your links in Text widget in “Place in Header top bar” widget area in Appearance > Widgets.

4. You can create a full width template and select it for your pages. Please read this article: http://millionclues.com/wordpress-tips/make-full-width-page-in-wordpress/

5. Use this code in custom.css file:

.footer-top-2 {
    margin-top: -30px;
}

6. You can image in header with the following code in custom.css:

header {
    background-image: url("url_to_your_image");
}

You enabled “Just Catalog” in Theme Options > Shop, that’s why “Add to Cart” button wasn’t shown. I’ve disabled that option and now the button is displayed.
Also you must set price for each product to have “Add to Cart” button on a single product page.

To correct the problem you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

Please check them.

In Theme Options > Products Page Layout you set 4 Products per row. 4 products couldn’t be shown in one row because of sidebar. I’ve set 3 products per row and now they are shown fine.
